I develop and maintain software used within the company and by its customers, owning the development independently, across application work, implementation and technical support.

- Provide occasional technical support to customers.

Who's at the helm.
Most of my work sits around backend systems, automation and web applications, software that has to keep running once it's in production.
Day to day I work on existing applications: adding features, maintaining integrations, and turning a requirement into something that works and holds up. I own the development independently and occasionally support the customers using it.
Outside work I build personal projects: Discord tooling, automation pipelines and small utilities. They usually start with a problem too small to justify at work, and I follow it until it actually runs.
